Springwood Homes is known for constructing homes in the middle and upper price ranges but also builds homes for the first time home buyers.

We are known for building "turn key" packages constructed on site. Our construction crews work efficiently building a quality home from start to finish. We can build a new home on your piece of land, and we also have property on hand in the Steinbach area for customers who want to build in that geographic region.

On top of this, we also build Ready to Move homes which enables us to have customers from a large geographic region.  Our homes can be moved to all over Manitoba, and into the United States.  We will move your home right on to your property.

Our building crews prefab certain parts of our homes, enabling us to offer a quick possession day.

All of our drawings are drawn right in our Steinbach office, allowing us to make immediate changes as they are needed.

We also build a number of homes every year that are on the market for sale to customers that prefer not to be involved in the planning phase.
